At FuelX Industries Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours from the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing and shipping may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email or phone in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping Charges
  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above INR 1500.
  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and are considered final.
3. Delivery Timeline
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
  • Tracking details will be shared via email within 72 hours of order confirmation.
  • Customers can use the tracking information to monitor shipment status.
6. Delivery Attempts and OTP Verification
  • Our logistics partners will make a maximum of three delivery attempts.
  • As per updated delivery protocols, a 6-digit OTP may be required at the time of delivery.
  • The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number before delivery.

Important Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure availability at the delivery location
  • Answer calls from the delivery partner
  • Provide the OTP at the time of delivery

Failure to comply with the above may result in the order being marked as delivered, and no reattempt or refund will be guaranteed.

7. Address Accuracy
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate address and pin code details.
  • In case of address modification after order confirmation, a nominal fee may be charged for reprocessing the delivery.
  • No refund will be provided for incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
8. Failed or Disputed Deliveries
  • If a delivery is marked completed but not received, customers must report the issue immediately via email.
  • In cases of suspected false delivery attempts, a detailed investigation will be conducted, which may take 7–8 business days to resolve.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, email the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images of the damaged product(s)

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and untampered
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

2. Refunds
  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Customers will be notified once the inspection is completed.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund timeline depends on the payment provider or bank processing time.
3. Exchanges
  • We do not offer product exchanges.
  • Only returns and refunds are applicable as per the policy.

REFUND POLICY

Return Request will be accepted only in case the product(s) received by the buyer is/are in damaged condition.

Our team will then arrange for a reverse pick up

REFUNDS

The returned products will be inspected and a notification will be sent to the buyer, confirming that we have received the products. Immediately after inspection, a second notification will be sent regarding the status of the refund.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the buyer’s credit card (or original method of payment).

The credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We don’t do Exchanges. Returns only
